Divine and Solomon literally go out into the community and inspire people [of all ages] to take charge of their health. With their mobile 'gym' - using the basic movements of a Push Up and a Pull Up – as a metaphor, MiNDBODY ACTiViSM encourages individuals to [enhance] ‘Pull Up’ And ‘Push Up’ their level of awareness {CHARACTER, ATTITUDE, PERSONALITY} regarding their personal health and well-being.

    The Ike Williams Boxing Academy (I. W. B. A.) is a component of the C.U.R.B. Development Group.

    Our boxing program is a direct response to the growing number of young people, who are either falling through the cracks at school, or who are already entangled in the juvenile/adult court system. Our goal is to provide at risk children, teens and young adults with a safe environment to learn the art of boxing. The I. W. B. A. offers its members the opportunity to redirect any negative energy into positive goals and aspirations. Our vision is to help our members develop and grow both mentally as well as physically through self-discipline. We focus on physical fitness/training, weight-lifting, and most importantly the art of boxing. 

    IKE WILLIAMS BOXING ACADEMY provides a healthy environment for its members and encourages the importance of team work, open communication and good sportsmanship. Coaches and trainers also assist in the building of self-esteem and encouraging individuals and their families to lead healthier lifestyles.

    FMS * MOVEMENT SCREEN * This Assessment offers us and YOU the opportunity to recognize movement patterns that support work, sports and daily activities. Understand the true relationship that movement patterns play in YOUR health and fitness goals.

    The principles of movement are implemented from the results we derive from the Functional Movement Screen, allowing us as professionals to make programming decisions with precision and purpose.  Screen results provide valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure we are meeting short and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and vitality.

    Metafit * HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

    Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. The program was created over a decade ago by a Royal Marine Commando (est 2006) in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective. 

    Metafit is The original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working! 

    Metafit combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire! Metafit can be used inside or outdoors, in studio or gym timetabled classes as well as in private 1-on-1 sessions. It's tough, that's why it gets results!!!
